To market, to market...

The Designers Emporium Boutique Market is a popular little market on the North side of Brisbane which operates on the first Sunday of each month. It is at this little market that you will find Inascents exclusively retailing. Stop by my stall, and smell and feel my unique range of candles and decor. The venue has great facilities so make a day of it with the family, have coffee with friends, let the kids play in the playground. With ATM facilities and plenty of other great retailers, including myself, there is sure to be something for everyone.

What is a Votive candle.......A votive candle is a small, typically white or beeswax yellow, candle, originally intended to be burnt as a votive offering in a religious ceremony. It also refers to a standard size of candle 2 inches high by 1.5 inches diameter, of any color or scent. Tips for creating mood with candles

6 ways to create a special Inascents mood
1. Set tea lights in large sea shells and scatter among plants on a patio or terrace.
2. Place lots of pillar candles along a fireplace ledge when its not in use. Use glass pillar plates or limestone accessories, they look brilliant when lit!
3. For a more sophisticated look and mood, group plain white votive candles in frosted or clear glass cups or tumblers.
4. Place a single pillar candle inside a large hurricane lamp or bowl, then surround the base with sea shells, pebbles or river stones. 5. For an outdoor party, use assorted coloured tea light lanterns and hang them from tree branches or under the patio and place tea lights in them.
6. To set an assortment of colour around the home or garden, use coloured votive candles and place them into clear glass cups. Simple, but very effective!
